In case the unit stops responding for a long period of
time, you may perform a soft reset by pressing the
RESET button located on the bottom of the unit.
2.Is the battery compartment accessible for user servicing,
or will the unit need to be shipped back to Intellinav
when the battery begins tofail? As you can imagine, shipping
back would mean being out of a unit for a couple of weeks
or so - not a very attractive prospect.
The current design does not have a battery compartment
for user servicing. However, we will do our best to
have 48hr turn-around time for battery servicing.
